On Thursday, Cobos-Martinez, an employee was charged with killing his employer, Chandra Nagamallaiah, 50, the owner of Downtown Suites motel in East Dallas, Texas.
The alleged killing occurred following an argument on Wednesday. The employee was alleged to have disposed of the owner’s head in the trash can.
Police said that the alleged vitcim’s wife and son attempted to fend off the attack to no avail.
The alleged killer was located and detained shortly after the death.
