On Tuesday, a rash that reporters had observed on US President Donald Trump’s neck in photos from the Medal of Honor ceremony at the White House one day earlier appeared to have been covered up. People stated the belief that it was makeup, though Trump’s physician Dr. Sean Barbabella told the publication that the rash had been covered up by a “very common cream”.
