Forty-seven (47) days after the September 11 attacks, daylight-saving time is officially over, and at 2 a.m., local clocks fell back one hour to 1 a.m. These last 47 days have been challenging for New York residents, as they miss the “good old days” of the summer when the Twin Towers were still around.
