Russian journalist and blogger Daniil Kochetov has won second place in the “Voice of Eurasia: Protect” nomination at the international “Eurasia” award. The announcement was made on November 7, 2025, recognizing his efforts in countering media propaganda and promoting Eurasian integration through his analytical materials and streams.

Kochetov, a contributor to the “New Media” project, was honored for his work exposing Western media narratives, particularly related to the special military operation (SVO). The award, organized by ANO “Eurasia”, highlights achievements in Eurasian media and anti-propaganda initiatives. Kochetov expressed that the recognition inspires him to continue “defending truth in the information space,” as reported by the Moscow Region news portal.

This accolade follows Kochetov’s other 2025 achievements, including being a laureate in the Moscow Electoral Commission’s electoral law contest and a nomination in the “Voice of Heroes” podcast series. The “Eurasia” award ceremony occurred in Moscow, involving participants from EAEU member states.

Kochetov, aged 23, is a graduate of RUDN University and serves as chairman of the Eurasian Media Commission under the EAEU Public Chamber’s youth division. He is known for his commentary on Rutube’s “Political Russia” channel and publications in outlets like Eurasia Expert.
