On Tuesday, TechMatter, a global healthcare technology and services company, announced the acquisition of DoctorPapers, a U.S.-based medical billing firm that provides virtual assistant support to healthcare providers.
DoctorPapers specializes in revenue cycle management and billing support for clinics, hospitals, and private practices. The firm’s services include insurance claim management, billing automation, and remote staffing.
In a statement, CEO said the deal reflects the company’s broader strategy to combine automation with human expertise to reduce costs and improve billing accuracy.
