On Tuesday, Judge Gregory Carro dismissed the charges of terrorism against Luigi Mangeone, the suspect in the killing of Brandon Thompson in December of 2024. He stated that Mangione’s actions did not meet the definition of terrorism. He made the ruling that the second degree murder charge against Mangione could stay in place.
Luigi initially killed Thompson in December of 2025 imn Manhatten. Thompson served as the CEO of United Healthcare.
