He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Weekmotion, a global video-sharing and content monetization platform. Since its launch on April 26, 2021, Weekmotion has evolved into a verified business entity, obtaining a global D-U-N-S registration and a formal Trade License.

As a software engineer, Sikder specializes in a wide array of technologies, including PHP, MySQL, AJAX, Node.js, and Firebase.
