The prestigious award was presented by a distinguished panel including jury chairperson and renowned food critic Vir Sanghvi, author Asma Khan, and NDTV CEO Rahul Kanwal. The award was accepted by Anil Chadha, Member of the Executive Committee of ITC Hotels, and the Bukhara team.

Following the announcement of the category winner, Vir Sanghvi described Bukhara as an “undisputed” choice. Sanghvi also specifically mentioned the legendary Dal Bukhara dish, which has influenced chefs and restaurants globally.
